Independence Day Celebration


Starts at 11 am at Veteran’s Memorial Park on Hwy. 311 with a ceremony honoring the service of our military, police and fire department veterans.  Parade rolls at 12:30 pm. Festival opens at 1 pm with food, children’s and musical entertainment.  Fireworks at 9 pm.

Street parade, apple pie contest, salute to the U.S. Armed Forces by the Lake Charles Community Band, fireworks extravaganza begins over the lake at 9:15 pm.
