50 buns

Evelyn's Best Buns

6 cups flour
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. instant yeast
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 cup dry milk


Mix all ingredients but the oil. A little at a time, add 4 cups lukewarm water. When mixture is bread consistency, spread oil on top of dough, knead and incorporate.

Divide dough into 50 equal pieces. Shape into smooth balls, and place on greased baking sheets. Cover, and let rise for 30 to 35 minutes.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
