Sweet Potato Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

1-3/4 cup sweet potatoes, baked and mashed
1 stick butter, softened
2 eggs
4 tsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 cup nuts, chopped

DIRECTIONS:

Combine and mix all ingredients (except nuts) in a bowl and beat at high speed until smooth. Spoon into greased 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle nuts on top.

Bake at 325 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
