Susan's Potato Salad

1-1/2 lbs. red potatoes, cubed
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 tbsp. celery, finely chopped
1 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sweet relish
1 tbsp. dill relish
2 tbsp. mustard
Pepper to taste


Boil cubed potatoes about 10 minutes or until tender in salted water. Drain.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate leftovers.
