Steak Gravy

INGREDIENTS:

Steak
salt, pepper and cayenne to taste
2 tbsp. oil
1 can beef gravy
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can mushroom gravy
1 can water

DIRECTIONS:

Season steak with salt, pepper and cayenne. Add to hot oil in heavy frying pan. Brown on both sides. Add bell pepper and onion and cook until wilted. Add gravies and 1 can water, cover, and cook turning steak over and stirring often until meat is tender (about 1 hour per pound of steak). Add water as necessary.
