Shrimp Pasta


1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 10-3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup water
1 lb. Louisiana shrimp, peeled and deveined
Cajun seasoning to taste
16-oz. pkg. angel hair pasta, cooked according to package directions


In saucepan, saute onions, bell pepper, celery and garlic in oil until wilted. Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning. Add celery soup, water and shrimp. Cook over medium heat until shrimp are cooked.

Serve over pasta.
