Shrimp Noodles

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup butter
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 qt. cleaned Louisiana shrimp
2 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Hot sauce to taste
1 10-3/4 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup
1 8-oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tbsp. parsley
1 cup sour cream
Cooked egg noodles

DIRECTIONS:

Melt butter in saucepan and cook onions, garlic, and shrimp until shrimp are pink. Add flour and stir to blend until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and hot sauce. Add mushroom soup, mushrooms, green onions, and parsley. Simmer 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat--DO NOT BOIL. Serve over cooked, hot noodles.

Goes great with salad and French bread!
