Shrimp Mold


2 lb. fresh shrimp
1 can tomato soup
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup chopped green onions
2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
3 small pkg. cream cheese, softened
¾ cup chopped celery



Boil shrimp in well-seasoned water. Peel, devein, and chop into small pieces.

Smooth cream cheese with fork as much as possible. Heat undiluted soup. Add cream cheese. Continue heating until there are no remaining lumps. Remove from heat.

Dissolve gelatin in ½ cup cold water. Combine gelatin with soup mixture. Blend by hand. Add remaining ingredients.

Grease 7-cup mold with mayonnaise and pour mixture into it. Chill overnight. Remove from mold.
