Shrimp Dip


1 qt. boiled Louisiana shrimp, chopped small
1 medium onion, chopped small
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Garlic or garlic salt to taste


Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add shrimp and onion. Mix well. Add mayonnaise and milk. If too thick, add more mayonnaise or milk.

Refrigerate until serving and refrigerate leftovers.

Serve with Captain's wafers or potato chips.
