Shrimp Dee-Lish


1 lb. Louisiana shrimp, peeled
1 tbsp. butter
1 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 10-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. Cajun seasoning
Hot cooked noodles


In heavy skillet, melt butter. Add green onions, celery, mushrooms, and garlic. Saute until tender. Add shrimp. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in soup and Cajun seasoning. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and serve over hot noodles.
