Remoulade Sauce


½ cup olive oil
½ cup white vinegar
¼ cup dry mustard
1 cup catsup
1 medium onion, chopped finely
½ cup sweet relish
¼ cup Tabasco sauce
¼ cup horseradish
½ cup sugar
1 cup olive oil
1 cup catsup
16 oz. bottle French dressing
1 teaspoon salt


Blend first 8 ingredients in blender until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

Store in covered container in refrigerator. Sauce will keep several weeks.

Great served with shrimp, crabcakes, chicken, on po boys and even as a substitute for ketchup with French fries.
