Quick and Easy Sausage Jambalaya


3 tablespoons butter
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 can onion soup
3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cups water
1 cup rice
1 lb. beef sausage, thinly sliced


Sauté onion, bell pepper, and parsley in butter until vegetables are wilted. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Add bouillon water, soup, rice and sausage. Mix well.

Bake in covered casserole or cast iron pot for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
