Pumpkin Bread

INGREDIENTS:

2 ½ cups and 4 tablespoons flour
3 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 ½ teaspoon salt
2 cups canned pumpkin
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup oil
½ cup and 3 tablespoons water
½ cup chopped nuts

DIRECTIONS:

Mix well together flour, sugar, baking soda, nutmeg and salt. Add and mix pumpkin, eggs, oil and water. Stir in chopped nuts last.

Pour mixture into 2 greased loaf pans.

Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven or until done.
