Plantation Pecan Pie

INGREDIENTS:

3 eggs
2/3 cup white sugar
Dash of salt
½ cup white corn syrup
½ cup dark corn syrup
½ cup melted butter
2 cups chopped pecans
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
24 whole pecans for top

DIRECTIONS:

Beat eggs. Add sugar and salt. Mix well. Add syrups and butter. Mix well. Add chopped pecans.

Pour into unbaked pie shell. Arrange whole pecans on top.

Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
