Persimmon Cake

INGREDIENTS:


1 stick butter
2 cups sugar
1 egg
1-3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
1 cup raisins
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup persimmons, chopped

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add egg, mixing well.

Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and cloves. Add to cream mixture.

Add raisins, pecans, and persimmons.

Grease and flour bundt pan and spoon mixture into pan.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
