Peach Cobbler

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/8 tsp. almond extract
3/4 cup self-rising flour
3/4 cup milk
1 16-oz. can drained, sliced peaches

DIRECTIONS:

Melt butter in 8-inch square baking pan. Combine flour, sugar, almond extract and milk. Pour over butter. Do not stir. Arrange peaches on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until browned.
