Parsley Rice

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup rice
1 tsp. salt
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1/3 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup parsley, chopped

DIRECTIONS:

Combine rice, salt, bouillon cubes and 2 cups of hot water. Cook for 25 minutes. Saute green onions and bell pepper in butter. Fold in rice and parsley. Serve at once.
