Pan Fried Fish

Fish, such as bass or catfish
Butter for pan frying
Seasoning such as salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon pepper
Chopped parsley
Cooked rice (add a bouillon cube)

Melt butter in skillet. Add seasoned fish and parsley to sizzling butter, and saute until cooked. Remove fish from pan and keep warm.

Add cooked, warm rice to skillet. Season with seasonings and parsley. Brown rice in butter.

Serve rice and fish with your favorite vegetable.
