Oatmeal Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Crisco
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 ½ cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon cloves
3 cups oatmeal
1 cup pecans
1 cup raisins

DIRECTIONS:

Cream together Crisco, sugars and vanilla. Add eggs.

Sift together in separate bowl the flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and cloves. Blend with creamed mixture.

Fold in by hand the oatmeal, pecans, and raisins.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool on waxed paper.
