Molded Salad

INGREDIENTS:

1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 large can pineapple chunks
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 carton cottage cheese
10 to 12 salted almonds
Cream
Mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS:

Mix Jello with juice from can of pineapple chunks. When it begins to set, whip and add pineapple chunks that have been cut as fine as possible. Add cream cheese, cottage cheese and almonds.

Pour into molds and refrigerate. When ready to serve, make a cream dressing by mixing a little cream into mayonnaise and serve on a bed of lettuce.
