Kim's Fried Shrimp

INGREDIENTS:

Louisiana shrimp for frying
Louisiana Shrimp Fry
Flour
3 tbsp. baking powder
Eggs
Milk
Cajun seasoning
Oil for frying

DIRECTIONS:

Mix egg with a little milk. Add Cajun seasoning to taste. Marinate shrimp for at least 1 hour in refrigerator.

Mix shrimp fry, flour, and baking soda together. Add Cajun seasoning to taste.

Dip shrimp in flour mixture and then deep fry until golden brown.
