Kim's Cajun Crab & Crawfish Soup

1-1/2 cups chopped onion
3/4 cup butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream corn
1 can niblet yellow & white corn

2-1/2 cups milk
2 cups (pint) half & half
1 tsp. crab boil
3/4 tsp. green Tabasco sauce
1 lb. Louisiana crabmeat
1 lb. Louisiana crawfish or shrimp
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, Toni’s seasoning, to taste


Saute onions in butter for 15 minutes. Add crawfish and saute 10-12 minutes. Add remaining ingredients one at a time and bring mixture to full boil, then turn off heat. (Soup will thicken as it cools.)
