Hot Crawfish Dip

2 lbs. crawfish tails, chopped
1/2 stick butter
2 (8-oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup white part green onions
Green onion top from above
Tabasco sauce, Louisiana Red Hot, salt and pepper to taste
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
Lowry’s seasoning


Saute crawfish tails and green onions in butter. Add cream cheese and cook until melted and bubbly. Season well and add green onion tops and parsley. Serve hot with melba rounds or any good cracker.
