Heavenly Hash Cake

INGREDIENTS:


2 sticks butter
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups pecans
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 bag small marshmallows

Icing:

1 box confectioners’ sugar
1 stick butter
4 tablespoons cocoa
8 tablespoons or more evaporated milk

DIRECTIONS:

Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla. Add eggs one at a time. Add cocoa and mix well. Add flour and mix by hand. Add pecans and mix by hand.

Spread in a 9x13" greased pan. Bake until done (about 30 minutes) at 350 degrees.

Add marshmallows and return to oven until melted.

Icing:

Melt butter in saucepan. Mix together sugar and cocoa. Add sugar/cocoa mixture and milk alternately. Cook to soft ball and pour over cake while still warm.
