Heavenly Butter Cake


1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 egg
1 – 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs


Mix cake mix, butter, pecans, and egg by hand and press into a 9x13-inch pan.

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and eggs together with mixer until smooth and creamy. Pour over cake mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cut in squares when cool.
