Grillades

INGREDIENTS:


Round steak, cut thinly
Salt
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Dash cayenne
Flour for dredging
1 tbsp. oil

DIRECTIONS:

Pound steak very thin. Rub seasonings into meat.

Season flour with above seasoning also. Dip steak lightly into flour.

Heat oil. Fry meat until well browned.
