Golden Brown Cornbread

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Combine ingredients. Beat well for 1 minute.

Bake 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
