Fried Oysters

INGREDIENTS:

1 quart oysters
2 eggs, beaten
ΒΌ cup milk
Cajun seasoning
2 cups flour
2 cups corn meal
Oil for frying

DIRECTIONS:

Drain oysters and set aside.

Combine eggs, milk, and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, combine flour and corn meal.

Roll oysters in flour mixture. Dip in egg mixture, then again in flour mixture. Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
