Evelyn's Pralines

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup raw sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 cup evaporated milk
16 large marshmallows
2 cups pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

DIRECTIONS:

Mix sugars, butter, milk, and marshmallows in large pot. Heat until marshmallows melt. Add pecans. Cook until soft crack. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Beat and stir until it starts to lose shine. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. If turns too quickly, put pot back on stove and heat.

Madame, this recipe is glitched! It’s supposed to be 2 cups of white sugar, NO RAW! And cook till soft boil, not soft crack! I had to call the Evelyn’s fine kitchen myself to see what the heck was wrong my coconut batch was not creamy, TOO hard, & NOT right!!
