Deviled Eggs

6 hard-boiled eggs
2 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 tsp. sweet or dill pickle relish (or 2 tsp. of each)
stuffed olives for garnish (optional)


Cut eggs in half lengthwise.

In a bowl, mash yolks with fork. Add mustard, mayonnaise, and relish.

Spoon filling into egg halves. Garnish with olive.

Refrigerate leftovers.
