½ cup flour
1 teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
2/3 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons melted butter


Mix ingredients together well. Pour ¼ cup batter in hot buttered frying pan. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly. Cook the crepe until lightly browned on bottom side and then flip over and lightly brown other side. Repeat process until all the batter is used.

This recipe can be used for pancakes by decreasing the amount of milk to make a thicker batter.
