Creamy Cajun Coleslaw

INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ lb. cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, shredded

 

Dressing:
8 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Coleman’s mustard
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt and black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Mix shredded cabbage and carrots and put in a large bowl that can be covered.

Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over cabbage/carrot mixture. Let marinate for at least 3 hours in covered bowl.
