Crawfish Boil Mashed Potatoes

INGREDIENTS:

Leftover mashed potatoes from seafood boil
Leftover garlic from seafood boil
Milk or evaporated milk
Butter

DIRECTIONS:

Peel the skins off the potatoes and garlic. Place potatoes and garlic in bowl.

Add enough butter and milk to make creamy and rich. Beat with mixer until smooth.

(If potatoes are really spicy, you might want to add some plain boiled potatoes to the mixture.)

Goes well with a ground meat casserole.
