Crabmeat Mousse


1 can tomato soup
1 ½ large pkgs. cream cheese
2 tablespoons gelatin
¾ cup finely chopped celery
¾ cup finely chopped bell pepper
4 tablespoons grated onion
1 ½ cups crabmeat (shrimp or crawfish may be substituted)
½ cup mayonnaise
20 drops of Tabasco
Lemon juice



Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add to hot tomato soup. Let cool. Mix well with cream cheese. Add other ingredients. Add lemon juice and salt to taste.

Pour in greased mold and allow to congeal.
