Crabmeat Casserole 3


6 oz. elbow macaroni
1/4 cup butter
1 12-oz. can evaporated milk
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 lb. crabmeat
Salt and pepper to taste


Boil macaroni, drain and set aside.

Melt butter in saucepan and add evaporated milk. Heat 15 minutes. Add onions and parsley and cook until wilted. Add cheese and cook until melted completely. Add crabmeat and cook about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat, add macaroni, salt and pepper to taste and mix well.

Put in a casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
