Crab Sauce for Meat and Seafood


½ cup (1 stick) butter
2 large onions, finely chopped
6 ribs celery, finely chopped
1 large bell pepper, finely chopped
1 lb. crabmeat
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 jar Jalapeño Pepper Chez Whiz
1 jar regular Chez Whiz
1 teaspoon sugar


Cook onions, celery, and bell pepper in butter over medium heat until wilted. Add crabmeat and cook about 10 minutes. Add soup, sugar and cheeses. Cook until chesses are melted.

Serve over steak or fish. Also good with crackers or boiled noodles.
