Crab Dip


3 tablespoons butter
½ cup flour
1/8 teaspoon prepared mustard
Cajun seasoning
3 cups milk
½ lb. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb. lump crab meat


Melt butter in double boiler. Stir in flour, mustard, and Cajun seasoning to taste. Blend well. Add milk to mixture gradually. Stir constantly until thickened. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Fold in crab meat and heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour into crockpot or fondue pot. Serve with crackers .
