Crab Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup chopped green onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup chopped parsley
3 tablespoons oil
2 lbs. crabmeat
2 bay leaves
1 stick butter
1 cup bread crumbs

DIRECTIONS:

Wilt onions, celery, bell pepper, garlic, and parsley in oil. Add butter bay leaves, and crabmeat. Cook 10 minutes. Add bread crumbs. Mix. Season to taste.

Put in casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
