Chocolate Peanut Butter Crackers


2/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp. Hershey cocoa
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp. peanut butter
Approx. 48 Saltine crackers


Combine sugar and cocoa well. Add water. Cook on medium heat until it comes to a rolling boil. Add peanut butter. Stir well until thick, about 3 minutes. Then spread between 2 crackers.

It is best to have crackers set up on a cookie sheet prior to mixing filling.

Variation: Add a little evaporated milk to make mixture more smooth and spreadable. Put on a slice of white bread. Mmmmm!
