Chocolate Delight


½ cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 heaping tablespoon cocoa
2 eggs
½ cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pecans



Melt butter, sugar, and cocoa in double boiler. When melted, allow to cool.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Use two pans, one pan larger than the other. Put water in the larger pan. Put mixture in smaller pan and insert it into larger pan.

Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serve hot or cold with whipped cream or ice cream.
