Cajun Sauce for Oven-Barbecued Spareribs

INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
¾ cup white vinegar
1/3 cup catsup
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup finely chopped onion
¼ teaspoon black pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Pour over 3 pounds spareribs.

Bake 1 ½ hours at 350 degrees, coating often with sauce.
