Cajun Cheese Dip

INGREDIENTS:

2 whole tomatoes
1 medium bell pepper
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans Campbell’s Nacho Cheese Soup Dip
1 – 16 oz. Velveeta Mexican Cheese, cubed

DIRECTIONS:

Dice tomatoes and set aside. Chop bell pepper and set aside.

Brown unseasoned ground beef in saucepan over medium heat. Add tomato and bell pepper. Continue to cook until vegetables are well wilted. Add soup dip and cheese.

Reduce heat and stir until cheeses are completely melted.

Serve dip with nachos, tortilla chips or crackers.
