Broccoli Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

½ cup sugar
½ cup condensed milk
2 egg  yolks
1/3 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard

DIRECTIONS:

Beat sugar and eggs until light. Add condensed milk. Cook in top of double boiler until it begins to thicken. Add vinegar and dry mustard. Let cool for 5 minutes, then beat until it thickens.

Serve over cooked broccoli.
