2 cups of rice
2 bags of frozen broccoli florets
2 bags of shredded or cubed cheese
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 stick of margarine


Cook 2 cups of rice, put into a casserole dish, add margarine and cheese (to taste) and mix well. Add Tony Chachere's seasoning (to your taste), sprinkle garlic powder, add 2 bags of frozen broccoli florets to the rice and mix well. Pour in 1 can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup and mix thoroughly.

Bake in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour on 350 degrees.
