Bologna Spaghetti

INGREDIENTS:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 lb. bologna, chopped in cubes
26.5 oz. can garlic and herb tomato sauce
3 bay leaves
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Cook top 7 ingredients on medium heat for 15 minutes.  Add remaining ingredients.  Let simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Serve over hot spaghetti.
