Boiled Honey Frosting

INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ cups honey
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 egg white
½ teaspoon vanilla

DIRECTIONS:

Cook honey and salt to 245 degrees or until spins thread or makes a firm ball when dropped into cold water. Beat egg white. Pour the syrup in a thin stream over beaten egg white. Continue beating until frosting stands in peaks. Add vanilla.
