Beefy Baked Beans


½ lb. ground meat
1 – 31 oz. can pork and beans
1 medium onion, chopped
½ bell pepper, chopped
½ cup catsup
½ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
4 slices bacon, cut in half


Cook ground beef until browned. Drain.

To beef, add pork & beans, onion, bell pepper, catsup, brown sugar and mustard. Stir well.

Spoon mixture into lightly greased 12x8x2-inch baking dish. Arrange bacon on top of beans.

Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
