INGREDIENTS:

Onions, cut in rings
1 cup flour
½ tsp. salt
½ cup evaporated milk
6 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. oil
1 egg white, stiffly beaten
Oil for frying

DIRECTIONS:

Combine flour, salt, milk, water and oil. Blend lightly, but thoroughly. Fold in egg white.

Dip onion rings in mixture and fry in hot grease until golden brown.
