Banana Cake

Duncan Hines “Classic White” cake mix
3 bananas, sliced
Lemon juice
2-4 tbsp. sugar
Vanilla frosting


Bake cake according to directions using 8- or 9-inch round pans.

When cooled, put bottom layer on serving plate. Arrange sliced bananas on top, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle 1 to 2 tbsp. sugar on top.

Place top layer on top of bottom layer and repeat procedure. Frost the sides of cake with vanilla frosting.

Refrigerate leftovers.
