Banana Cake

INGREDIENTS:

1 box yellow cake mix
8 ripe bananas
½ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons butter

 

DIRECTIONS:

Prepare cake mix as directed and bake in 9x12-inch pan.

To make icing: Slice bananas into saucepan. Add brown sugar, vanilla, and butter. Cook for about 15 minutes on medium heat until bananas are mashed. Let cool a few minutes and spread on cooled cake.
